Parushakadi Leham Ingredients:
- Parushaka Ð Phoenix pusilla
- Ikshu Ð Sugarcane
- Draksha Ð Dry grapes Ð Vitis vinifera
- Lodhra Ð Symplocos racemosa
- Twak Ð Cinnamon Ð Cinnamomum zeylanicum
- Patra Ð Cinnamomum tamala
- Devadaru Ð Cedrus deodara
- Sharkara Ð Sugar
Parushakadi Leham Dose:
- 5 Ð 10 grams once or two timesÊ a day after food or before food, or as directed by Ayurvedic doctor.
- It is administered along with tender coconut water, milk or water.
- Dosage for children below 5 years of age Ð 1 Ð 2 grams, once or twice a day, along with a teaspoon of honey or warm water / milk.
- Dosage for children between 5 Ð 12 years of age Ð 5 grams once or twice a day along with a teaspoon of honey or warm water / milk.
