• Aqua, Glycerin, Almond Oil, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Raspberry Oil, Cocoa Butter, Shea Butter, Cetyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate, Cetearyl Olivate (and) Sorbitan Olivate, Vegetable Squalene, Kumkumadi Oil with 28-Herbs, Zinc Oxide, Tinosorb M, Aloevera Extract, Saffron Extract, Lotus Extract, Calendula Extract, Radish Root Extract.

How to use:

• The Ritual of Ayurveda and Face Yoga
• 1) In the morning, wash your face and apply Ayuga 10% Kumkumadi Skin Radiance Day Cream liberally on your face.
• 2) Do the Blow Fish Pose Yoga Asana.
• Steps:
• 1) Fill your mouth with air, hold your breath, and keep that position for 10 seconds.
• 2) Now fill one side of your mouth with air, hold your breath, keep that position for 5 seconds and then move on to the other side and do the same.
• 3) Repeat Step 1 and Step 2 at least 10 times.
