Quite possibly the best mango pickle you've ever tasted! Aavakaya is a variety of Indian pickles popular in South India with its origin in Andhra Pradesh. The main ingredients are mangoes and aavalu (powdered mustard) and a combination of other spices used for pickling.

The most common and most famous of all pickles, our pickles try to adhere to the royal standards. Using no preservatives, except our own spices, salt, and oil, our entire process, from bringing mangoes from Nuziveedu to turning them into pickles takes no more than 24 hours. South Indians are known to have a deep attachment to these spicy pickles. A wide variety of pickles are available in these regions, using mango as their prime ingredient.
