Parushakadi Leham Ingredients:

• Parushaka Ð Phoenix pusilla
• Ikshu Ð Sugarcane
• Draksha Ð Dry grapes Ð Vitis vinifera
• Lodhra Ð Symplocos racemosa
• Twak Ð Cinnamon Ð Cinnamomum zeylanicum
• Patra Ð Cinnamomum tamala
• Devadaru Ð Cedrus deodara
• Sharkara Ð Sugar

Parushakadi Leham Dose:

• 5 Ð 10 grams once or two timesÊ a day after food or before food, or as directed by Ayurvedic doctor.
• It is administered along with tender coconut water, milk or water.
• Dosage for children below 5 years of age Ð 1 Ð 2 grams, once or twice a day, along with a teaspoon of honey or warm water / milk.
• Dosage for children between 5 Ð 12 years of age Ð 5 grams once or twice a day along with a teaspoon of honey or warm water / milk.
